Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes, 100% free, and there's no catch. No credit card, no trial that flips into a charge, no 'free session, pay for the rest.' All eight sessions are free, live, and recorded. I do use tools I pay for and I'll tell you which ones — some of those links pay me a referral if you sign up, and I'll say so out loud when it comes up. You never have to buy a thing to follow along; there's a free or dirt-cheap way to do every single step and I teach that too.

What if I can't make it live on Thursday?

Register anyway. Every session is recorded and the replay goes out to everyone who signed up, so you can watch on your own schedule. Showing up live just means you get to ask me questions in the Q&A at the end.

Do I need money or a real estate license?

No license is required to assign your own contracts in most states — but the laws are changing fast right now and they vary by state, so check yours before you start. We cover exactly where that line is in Session 1. And no, you don't need a pile of cash. I'll show you free and dirt-cheap ways to find sellers before you spend a dime.

I'm already wholesaling. Is this too basic for me?

Session 1 starts at zero, so if you're experienced you can skip it. Sessions 3 and 4 are where most people who've been doing this a while get the most — pulling county data and cleaning it with AI, and putting AI on your follow-up. Every session also has a Level Up section aimed at people who already have a pipeline running.

How long until I do my first deal?

Honest answer: it depends on your market and how hard you work it, and I won't blow smoke at you. Plenty of people take months, and plenty never get one because they stop. What I can tell you is the steps don't change, and by Session 8 you'll have a 30-day plan you can start the next morning.

What happens right after I sign up?

You get an email with your seat and the link to join Session 1, plus a text reminder before we go live so it doesn't sneak up on you. After each session, the replay hits your inbox.
